Bill Creim is a partner in the law firm of Creim, Macias, Koenig & Frey LLP. Mr. Creim and his firm work with credit managers throughout the country on the great variety of legal issues involving credit including collections, business, litigation, bankruptcy, and antitrust.

A frequent speaker to several credit industry groups, he has presented over 350 seminars emphasizing practical legal and business issues to trade groups and individual companies, and has had several articles published on UCC law, collections, preferences, and bankruptcy.

Mr. Creim received his undergraduate degree summa cum laude with highest departmental honors from U.C.L.A. where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa membership, and his legal degree from the University of Southern California where he served on the editorial board of the Law Review and received Order of the Coif honors. He was named one of the “50 Most Influential People in Credit” by Credit Today.

Richard C. Macias

Richard C. Macias is a partner in the Creim Macias Koenig & Frey LLP law firm where he practices in the areas of commercial and business litigation. He has over twenty years of private practice experience representing financial institutions, manufacturers, and trade suppliers. Prior to this period, he served in the office of the Los Angeles City Attorney as a prosecutor and then as Special Counsel. He has also been on the adjunct faculty of Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, and has lectured and written extensively on topics of interest to business and trade creditors.

He received a B.A. from Pomona College, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School where he was a member of the Harvard Civil Rights & Civil Liberties Law Review.

John Molli
John Molli

John Molli, Director, Wells Fargo Bank Financial Products Group, is responsible nationally for the bank’s Trade Credit Protection product (AR Put). Prior to Wells Fargo John was CEO of DBRS, a risk advisory company established by Deutsche Bank AG to market Accounts Receivable Put Options. Mr. Molli’s 23 plus years in trade finance and credit protection include eight years with Euler Hermes ACI and eleven years with NationsBank/Maryland National Bank where he held various trade and corporate banking positions covering the Pacific Rim, Southern Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.

John earned his BA and MBA from The Sellinger School of Business and Management, Loyola College in Maryland.

Kurt Weiland is president of Jefferson Smith Training and Consulting, an international corporate training company in Bountiful, Utah. Kurt's been training businesses and organizations for many years. Among his clients-

He has a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University, a master's degree from the University of Southern California, and another master's degree from UCLA. He's written four books on leadership and communication skills. Forty-three years ago, he married his college sweetheart, Kathy Lynne Waite. They have six children and sixteen grandchildren.
